Try to run everyday. Goal: beat Speedy the next time we see each other.
This has been one of my new year resolutions for years (Zazá, do you remember the year we ran on New Year´s day?). A difficult habit to start in January when the temperature is -14ºC. Usually by the end of the first week I am ready to forget the dream of running a marathon (ok, a 5K)...
